Our team collaborates closely to explore what makes us a strong, dynamic group. We have chosen five core values to serve as the foundation for Stepping Forward LA. These core values create a high-performing environment for both our staff and the young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. They foster a sense of community, encourage motivation, and promote team bonding, all of which contribute to our mission and goals.
